Privacy & Cookies

Who we are

Passohara is a one-day Komodo speedboat tour business from Labuan Bajo, owned and captained directly by Paullo Rossi. For privacy matters, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

Analytics (ONLY after you click "Accept"): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect anonymised usage data — pages viewed, device type, approximate region, plus anonymised heatmaps/session recordings (Clarity). IP addresses are anonymised.

When you contact us: the details you send via WhatsApp, email, or the booking form (name, dates, party size). We use these only to serve your enquiry.

Cookies

Browsing the site needs no cookies. Your currency preference is stored locally in your browser (not a tracking cookie).

Analytics cookies are only set AFTER you click "Accept" on the banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Why & how we use it

We use data to improve the site and answer your enquiries. We do NOT sell data and do NOT run ads.

Third parties

Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (hosting & email routing), Brevo (email sending), and WhatsApp/Meta when you message us. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw analytics consent. Email [email protected] and we will act on it.

Retention

Analytics data is retained per each provider’s defaults. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to serve you, then deleted.
